Refund Policy

1 General Provisions


1.1 Refunds will be made at our discretion and on the terms and conditions set out below. By booking a service or purchasing a product you agree to this policy.

2. Refunds for services
2.1 Unsatisfactory Services: If you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns, such as:

Providing a free correction.

Providing a partial or full refund if correction is not possible.

2.2 Payment arrangements: All payments are made on completion of the service. Online payment or prepayment options are not available.

3. Product Returns
3.1 Unused Products: products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers
4.1 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.2 If a service paid for with a gift card cannot be provided, the balance on the card remains for future use.
