2. Appointments
2.1 Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.
2.2 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time
or rescheduling, subject to availability.
2.3 Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but we recommend booking
in advance to secure your preferred time and barber.
2.4 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least
24 hours before your appointment.
3. Payments and Pricing
3.1 All prices for our services are listed
on our website and at our location. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment is required in full upon completion of the service. We accept [cash, credit cards, mobile payments, etc.].
3.3 Gift cards or vouchers must be presented at the time of payment
and cannot be redeemed for cash.

to address your concerns.

5.1 For the safety of our staff and clients, we maintain a clean and hygienic environment and adhere to all applicable health regulations.
5.2 If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting inappropriate behavior, signs of illness,
or intoxication.
6. Liability
6.1 We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged on our premises.
6.2 While we strive to provide excellent services, we are not liable for any unforeseen damage or injury resulting from our services unless caused by negligence.
7. Privacy

7.2 By providing your contact information, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and occasional promotional messages. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
8. Gift Cards and Promotions
8.1 Gift cards and promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash and are
non-refundable.
8.2 Discounts and promotions cannot
be combined unless explicitly stated.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
